- GREYS VISION: Video ConceptualizationGreys Gym works with a philosophy of exercise and movement training that considers someone's self-conception, emotional environment, and movement patterns as a unique interrelated and dependent system. Instead of approaching biomechanical deficiency or dysfunction in a traditional manner--simply identifying and correcting the physiological "source"--we aim to help people internalize the implications of new movement patterns so they may benefit in general well being.
