Outbound sales calls to customers who have expressed an interest into laser eye surgery. Target driven environment; weekly sales and call quality targets must be met. The targets are frequently changed so I must quickly adapt to new targets and rise to new challenges. I am also undertake inbound customer service and often deal with complaints.
I was employed as a temporary customer sales assistant for John Lewis in Glasgow. I was trained in customer service and worked in the gifts department during the very busy run up to Christmas. This involved taking customer orders, till work and replenishment. I learnt how to work in high pressure situations handling multiple queries and sometimes demanding customers.

I shadowed various roles within the business and listened into several professional meetings. I carried out desk research and produced a press release for their partner PR company, Spreng & Co.
I produced a professional report involving desk research as well as analysis of data gathered from over 200 companies that matrix had previously worked with over three years. I used excel to assist my analysis and produced several charts and graphs to illustrate the report. I was responsible for my own time management and the final report was completed before the due date and was well received.
