  • As a Customer Service and Retentions Agent, my role has involved dealing with inbound and outbound calls as well as liaising with subscribers by email. I speak with customers on a daily basis to make sure they are fully engaged with both their digital and print subscriptions and I also resolve technical and billing issues on customer accounts. I have become fully proficient in using the Zuora and Salesforce systems to manage customer subscriptions to achieve and surpass SLA’s. I have also been trained to a high standard by established companies Ogilvy & Mather and Mary Gober International in how to build relationships with clients and provide excellent service.
