Key Responsibilities: - Resourcing candidates for the Product & Delivery team, focusing on finding suitable candidates for roles such as: Business Analysts, Product Managers and Project Managers. - Coming up with S.M.A.R.T. (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-effective) individual daily targets in order to achieve long term goals. To meet these targets, I had to constantly keep an eye on the clock during all calls and job board scouring. - Working effectively and deciding which roles were of high priority/moving quickly, whilst working in line with personal daily targets. - Guaranteeing my social media presence was constant, through use of the content tool Buffer. This tool enabled me to schedule posts to the company website, personal Linkedin & Twitter, thus making my presence known throughout my market. - Understanding the specialist market in which I was recruiting for, say attending regular monthly meet-ups, such as ‘Mind the Product.’ This helped me to understand my market whilst also keeping upto date with market trends, whilst also effectively networking. - Maintaining relationships with candidates, this also helped me understand more about product management and ensure I knew exactly what it is our candidates are looking for. - Putting new contacts onto our CRM system daily, after qualifying them. This would ensure that I kept a rich pool of good candidates for the roles I was recruiting for and would make our team would have a large selection of very good candidates for future roles.
