My role includes casting and scouting models for the show itself, coordinating with photographers, stylists and press, selecting models for photo shoots in promotion for the show, as well as co-artistic directing on photo and video shoots.
I worked alongside the head stylist and other assistant stylists at the first Leeds Fashion Initiative fashion show in Leeds in November 2015 held at the Leeds City Museum. Several reputable brands included in the show were Giles by Giles Deacon, Aquascutum and Terry de Havilland.
As part of my degree I spent my third year based in Paris as an intern at the online fashion magazine Paris Modes TV. My work involved translating articles and reviews of fashion shows, art exhibitions and product launches. I researched trends and wrote reports as well as transcribing and translating French and English designers’ interviews before performing the English voice-over for the website.
