It was founded in 2015 by ex-partner and Global ECD of Mother Carlos Bayala and co-founder Alex Pentland, founder of MIT Media Lab Human Dynamics. I was the company’s first hire and I’ve been working very closely with the founder since day one. I am responsible for all client contact and relationships as well as overseeing the performance of the company, supervision of finances and leading the creation of sub-franchises in different countries.
