I am currently working as a Private Yoga Instructor, based in London, running my business Flora's Flow Yoga. I spent the first half of 2021 in Costa Rica where I completed my 200 hr YTT at the Beautiful Vida Asana. While in CR, I worked with the company MUSADE, a non profit hat offer a place of refuge to female domestic abuse survivors. I held regular yoga and meditation workshops for these incredible women as well as advertising and copy writing. this experience is was lead to start Floras Flow, as I saw how the magic of yoga can be a powerful tool to heal emotional trauma and that the benefits of movement and mindfulness are many. I use my passion for writing and content creation to promote my own business and am now looking work along side like minded people in the wellness industry to spread the joys of well being and self care.
