As literature suggests, current research lacks of qualitative sensibility to apprehend Innovation, Organization & Culture as a total social phenomena. This oversimplified, mechanistic & parsonian approach eludes critical factors as cultural mosaic, plural logic, everyday life, and inner life of agents within a modern organization. Through the sociology of Goffman and Fine, where individuals, groups and actions come together, our aim is to open the innovation black-box. Exploring reality by means of these new lens, we search novel understanding. We grasp this messy and chaotic flux of human actions and desires that lies behind the organizational structures -jokes, informality, presentation of self, weak ties, trading zones, irony, deviations, etc.- to fully understand Innovation in its most radical way. Structures are inhabited by voices. #Excellent Summa Cum Laude
