As the first point of call for agents and UK based businesses, my role is mostly customer-facing and ensuring that the customer is happy with the service that they have been provided from the company. I load orders quickly and efficiently, keep records of all orders and contact the customers directly about the status of their orders, along with providing price lists, EAN codes and stock availability. I record returns, sending them for investigation back to HO in Germany whenever is necessary and organise credit notes for faulty items. I track all of the key accounts deliveries, chasing and updating for PO numbers and updating delivery status for these important customers. Basic administrative duties include filing, replenishment of stationery, postage and grocery ordering, alongside inputting invoices, banking, money handling and input of agents' expenses and travel arrangements. The ad hoc duties in this role are extensive. I have also researched into training venues for sales consultants and temping agencies, continually inform the key account manager of any production or warehouse issues. I was trained and worked flexibly at the weekends leading up to Christmas for a monogramming event, in order to boost sales and I now write, create and generate a mailout to existing customers, in order to boost the usage of FALKE's B2B portal and to increase the sales of seasonal products.
A maternity cover contract where, using my passion in social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter), I have been researching and publishing posts on the company's accounts to market Water Babies lessons and products, and increasing the interaction upon the pages from fans, creating "buzz" around the company. Duties include: • responding to messages to potential clients • communicating with other similar baby activity or product businesses with regards to advertising on their pages • maintain good professional relationships, and researching topics that interest Water Babies clientele.
A full time contract, working within a small team, my duties include: • helping with any client based issues or any feedback (positive or negative) • organising timelines throughout swimming terms • responsibility and ownership of administration within the company, including the writing of newsletters, stock inventories and ordering of office supplies and sellable products • ownership and publishing on the company’s social media pages • correspondence to and from clients and pool business owners • the organisation of termly photo shoots • organisation and holding termly meetings between all employees within the Essex franchise • writing weekly reports to present to the franchisees as to how the company is performing • being the key representative for the company at marketable events. Exercising good time management and trust by the franchisees, as usually worked alone in the office and ensured all tasks are fulfilled by a specific deadline.
