I am a forward -thinking individual who has experience in creating print and digital content for a major British fashion house. I have worked on both high profile and more of the day-to-day projects from conception through to completion. Either working to a specific brief or coming up with new ideas I have liaised with designers, marketing professionals, ecommerce departments, sales teams and Vivienne Westwood herself to ensure that each concept meets the brand’s needs visually and strategically. From the initial brainstorming of ideas I then present mood boards, research and test shoots to the senior creatives for sign-off. At Westwood I have been involved in everything from shows, shoots and art direction; having initially acted as assistant to the design manager and more recently taking full responsibility for look-books and digital mini campaigns as the in-house art director. This has given me the skills to understand what’s needed in creating content. I’ve worked of numerous projects that I am proud of during my time at Westwood but one that stands out was the Andreas Kronthaler AW17/18 show in Paris. I wanted to refresh the way we outputted show content and to also tweak the aesthetic. My idea was to collaborate with ‘The London Vagabond’ which allowed our audience to see unprecedented access to behind the scenes leading up to the show, documented with Polaroid. Additionally I art directed the show film ‘Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood’ wanting the feel of it to hark back to our 90’s fashion show era. This was very well received and gained an exclusive with W Magazine.
Acted as an expert for the photography course.
Acted as jury for the Creative Awards.
