  • Plane and Simple
Plane and SimpleAn interactive piece aiming to educate audience members about the physics of flight in relation to the aircrafts instruments. Using the idea of play and learn, the piece is a costume-machine. The idea behind it is that, people are encouraged to wear the piece, and operate the plane. Depending on the movement, information panels drops down to show you exactly what is happening to the plane. Plane is made of cardboard and wood.
  • Skin Canvas
Skin CanvasAn attempt to comment on the debate whether tattoos could be art. Applying the idea of translation between fine art and tattoos, the project modifies the fine art practice by using the tools of the tattoo artist. Brushes as needles, skin as canvas, paint as ink. The frames are interactive and demonstrates the movements the body creates. Skin sheets were made by Frances Segismundo, using Platsil gel (commonly used for theatre and film prosthetics)
  • PMQ Window Display
PMQ Window DisplayCoinciding with the Myla Tan, Myla Gan collection, I directed a window display to promote the collection at one of the Goods of Desire stores in Hong Kong. The illustrations spread across three panels, showcasing typical Chinese market stalls.
