In the past two years as Group Facilities Manager & Senior House Manager at The Trampery (a social enterprise that designs co-?working spaces spread across several venues in East London), I was the sole manager of the biggest and most complex Trampery site: 12 studio units hired to fashion designers on a semi-?permanent basis, and a co-? working space for start-?ups and small businesses. Within a few months in this position I gained a promotion to the role Group Facility Manager, while continuing to oversee and manage one of The Trampery sites. I am currently responsible for operating a medium-?sized co-?working space with 60 members designed for start-?ups, freelancers and small businesses. As Group Facility Manager, I am in charge of liaising and negotiating with strategic and group-?wide suppliers, as well as being responsible for developing efficient management models to be applied to existing and upcoming sites.
