Awaykin is a brand development and creative consultancy that works with fashion brands to bring their product to market. I’ve supported the team in the lead up to a busy period of Autumn/Winter fashion shows by building a bespoke database of industry contacts, sourcing content for social media posts and providing other support wherever needed.
I worked as part of the award-winning Collins Learning division of HarperCollins to promote educational publishing to a global audience. I was responsible for leading on the delivery of two campaigns for new international GCSE courses, as well as updating the ‘Freedom to Teach’ website, scheduling social media updates, supporting the delivery of major events, and more.
I acted as a first point-of-contact between the school and its various stakeholders, including local businesses and alumni, to maximise the potential of the school’s facilities for extracurricular and community-based activities. The role also included securing grant funding for enrichment projects and raising the school’s profile through social media and press.
