I am an integrated project manager with 8 years agency experience. I have a proven track record delivering demanding, integrated projects within time and budget for brands such as American Express, IBM, Mastercard, MTV, Nestle, Premier Foods, Subway, Swatch and Xbox. I have worked on projects both on a local and international level for clients such as MasterCard, Swatch, American Express, MTV, Nestle, Subway and Xbox.
Primarily working across the American Express, Nestle and EY accounts, I delivered projects for both local and global markets. These included digital display, landing pages, emails, digital out of home, press and out of home. A career highlight was managing the relaunch of the American Express Green card, by managing the ideation of a core idea and master assets and guidelines that were distributed to 18 markets worldwide for localisation. At McCann, I was a project manager working primarily on the Mastercard, Xbox and Subway accounts, but also worked on smaller campaigns for our other accounts such as Premier Foods, London 2012 and Toshiba. I managed campaigns that had executions across digital, print and TV, and managed the delivery across each area. One such project I managed, was a 360 campaign for Xbox that displayed live Facebook data into a TV commercial from a Facebook application. This was supported across print and Xbox’s social networks and a world first in advertising. This campaign was a winner in Media and Entertainment category at the 2013 Brand Republic Awards. Other responsibilities included: • Creating project estimates and timing plans • Writing technical specifications and scoping documentation • Mentored 2 junior members of the team, providing support when issues were escalated to me. • Liaising with the account management, creative and production teams, to ensure requirements are understood and met by all stakeholders working on my projects. • Raising purchase orders and invoices for suppliers and clients

Typical responsibilities included: • Managing between 4 to 6 projects at any one time and 10 to 15 maintenance clients • Writing project documentation and estimating project costs and timings • Creating wireframes for designers to follow and to explain concepts to client • Resource planning and management • Quality assurance and testing of products in development • Attending pitches for new work, and assisting with planning work for pitches
