    At Brilliant Basics my role is Project Manager. This includes: ● Delivering projects with high-quality project deliverables, on-time and on-budget ● Creating SoWs, briefs and Project Status Reports ● Creating and keeping updated delivery practices, processes and procedures ● Managing multiple client accounts. Keeping stakeholders informed of project progress at all times. ● Project Estimation - Working with leads to accurately estimate projects ● Structuring estimates according to the most appropriate model (e.g. fixed price, capped time and materials, by project phase) and effectively communicating to stakeholders. ● Setting up, structuring and delivering end-to-end delivery of small, medium and large scale projects. ● Setting up and facilitating both internal and client post-project reviews and retrospectives ● Managing and delivering projects with budgets from £30k up to £1m ●Tracking and reporting the financial status of projects against the current estimate. Highlighting potential overruns before they occur. Escalating and resolving financial issues as they happen. ● Resourcing in collaboration with discipline leads ● Communicating the plan to the team and the client. Setting high-level delivery milestones plans ● Project set up, including defining the backlog and assigning all work in Jira ● Set up project management and reporting structure and process - including onboarding processes for large projects ● Managing day to day via Jira and Confluence ● Assessing, mitigating risks and tracking progress. Assisting with any blockers the team may have. ● Helping facilitate Sprint planning ● Running daily stand-up ● Managing day-to-day activities via Jira and Confluence
