My duties at Office include:
Cash handling - Till work, cashing up at the end of the day.
Refunds, Exchanges - dealing with refunds, exchanges, faulty items and inspections.
Customer service - serving customers making sure they receive the best service.
Visual Merchandising- As a Sports Specialist I am in charge of all the trainers in store, putting out new lines, changing the running order and window displays.
Sale preparation/ promo.
Processing Delivery - I am trained to process delivery and put new lines away when needed.
Direct Dispatch - picking customers orders, pair checking and packaging orders with the correct paperwork.
