- Event ExecutiveA one day trade fair for the technology industry with 2000 attendees. Project requires year-long preparation. I was highly involved in the creative and strategic process for the event. Attended regular client meetings to give presentations and discuss the progress. As a Junior Account Executive I was responsible for ensuring the production side was working efficiently, on time and within budget. We worked closely with DELL, Samsung and SONY at the fair and had responsibility to organise their trade stands. I was primarily responsible for Samsung and DELL, which meant planning the theme with the client, ordering materials and making sure everything was executed to a high standard on the day. The day culminated in a formal dinner and after party for a 500-strong crowd. A close team and I planned and organised the evening with appropriate catering and entertainment for the theme.
