This was a client-facing and administrative job. I was responsible for meeting and greeting guests, office management while keeping the office clean and tidy. I single- handedly filed all of the client files which included transferring paper work on to the computer system. I handled enquiries and bookings over the phone. I made stationary and stock orders and was responsible for receiving these orders. I was a key holder for the business, tasked with opening up.
Skills acquired: Computer administration, great organisational skills.
