About me

I'm a native Londoner with a career background in web management and operations, predominantly working for digital media start-ups and small companies. I have a passion for all things digital and an aptitude for managing projects and finding solutions, which has prompted me to now focus on a career in project management within a digital role. As Web Content & Ops manager for a digital media start-up, I primarily worked on web and app builds and updates, general maintenance, site optimisation and annual projects that required me to project manage and work with a number stakeholders across the board, both internally and externally. I was responsible for managing our developer(s) and oversaw the the development and execution of ongoing changes to our web platform. I worked closely with our app developers on the rebuild of the app platform, and carried out general QA and manual testing across both platforms whenever we had a new release. More recently I have worked in an ad ops role, taking responsibility for the delivery of multi-channel display and native campaigns end-to-end. I was required to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, where I had to account manage, work as the middle man between creative and technical teams, as well as execute proper documentation and relevant admin. All previous roles have required me to report on KPIs and other key metrics, and feedback results in an analytical way, providing insights and recommendations. Working in start-ups, you gain an incredible amount of experience in a variety of capacities, and in addition to the above I've gained experience working within HR, preparing financial accounts and forecasting, proactive sales, attending client pitches as well as working on briefs and presentations. I am highly organised with acute attention to detail, and have a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and to spec. I am a good troubleshooter, and am comfortable playing the middle man between teams and stakeholders, translating business needs into actions. I am creative yet results-driven, and make decisions based on fact and experience. Now I'm looking for a role where I can really focus on building my career as a digital project manager, with a specific interest in web and app build projects. Whilst I've been freelancing I've also been investing my in professional development and have recently certified as an Agile Practitioner, as well as completing workshops for Scrum in order to gain as much insight and knowledge as possible. I'd like to find a role where I can combine my hands-on digital operations experience with learned methodology, in order to develop my skills and grow into the role.

They specialise in creating original and engaging content, generating over 3.5 million page views per month. My primary role was to improve operational systems in support of the company’s mission, and manage and increase the effectiveness of the editorial and commercial teams. Core responsibilities and achievements: Oversaw and successfully delivered over 60 native and display campaigns from pre-sale to post campaign, working closely with, and overseeing the digital sales and editorial teams in order to increase their effectiveness and efficiency, leading to timely and successful campaign delivery. Acted as the main point of contact for all campaign related queries including technical and production feasibility, campaign performance and reporting/client insight and troubleshooting.
