• Fling has grown to 4 million users in under a year.
• Managed the overall on-app community, ensuring there is fun, creative content for users to be involved with and overseeing quality control. Picking up on trends and viral content was essential.
• Managed and trained a 12 strong moderation team.
• Managed and created content for Social Media to organically grow followers and engagement, including PPC campaigns.
• Led live promotional/Guerrilla advertising events that increased user engagement in that location by 150%.

I gained social followings and improving SEO all organically with my personal marketing strategies. For example, I took our following from 60 to 3,000 in a month.

In this role I have picked up skills in videography, Adobe Photoshop and Final cut pro. I understand and have good knowledge of social media tools such as bitly, hootsuite and tweetdeck.
