Supporting the Chief Marketing Officer on digital marketing and promotional activities Key responsibilities and achievements: - Managing all social media channels and posting daily content: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin. - Managing and analysing performance of paid advertising on social media, including the set up of dynamic product adverts. - Launched and managed the affiliate marketing channel: identified and recruited key affiliates (e.g. Student Beans, Voucher Codes, Quidco, Lyst & Reward Style) - Commercial assessment of affiliate marketing channels: including weekly sales values, traffic and conversion rates. - Customer Service liaison: replying to customer emails, creating refunds, exchanges and new orders, communicating with the warehouse. - Set-up, design, test and promotion of the ‘refer a friend’ programme. - Other marketing activities: creating all discount codes, set-up and maintenance of competitions, assisting with photoshoots, assisting with personal styling, competitor analysis and PR activities.
