Key achievements: • Overhauled OpenTable’s partnership and affiliate program in new and existing markets by setting new rates and process to increase return on resource investment. Responsibilities: • Manage creative development and media plans for online display advertising, both direct and with agencies. • Work in conjunction with centralised US teams and agencies to manage PPC advertising; creating and optimising campaigns to engage potential customers and drive incremental growth. • Lead partnership acquisition in new market expansion. • Manage relationships with existing partners including Trip Advisor, Time Out and LastMinute.com. • Initiate, acquire and integrate new partners in the UK and Germany to drive network growth. • Manage the negotiation and execution of commercial agreements. • Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to the business, presenting results to senior management and restaurants on aspects involving trend modeling and ROI analysis. • Provide technical support for partners, working with engineering and product teams to maintain and improve OpenTable API integration.

Responsibilities: • Responsible for driving American Express Cardmember spend internationally at global lodging establishments to ensure business growth. • Provide marketing consultation and solutions to a portfolio of lodging partners to define yearly marketing strategies. • Manage end-to-end tactical campaigns across online and offline channels such as targeted direct mail, social media and online display advertising. • Analyse campaign results and share key learnings with internal stakeholders and merchants.
Key achievements: • Managed the broadcast marketing campaign for The X-Factor Season 10. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for ITV entertainment programming including The X-Factor, Text Santa and Big Star’s Little Star using TV, digital, radio, out of home and social media. • Brief and work with the internal creative department to develop original and eye-catching creative and ensure strategic messaging is communicated. • Manage key relationships and approval processes with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key achievements: • Executed the new company rebrand across all products and communication including overseeing the rebrand of products with our hardware partners Rane and Pioneer. Responsibilities: • Manage online marketing campaigns for software releases and brand communication. • Collaborate with sponsorship partners including the DMC world championship and NAMM trade show in the US. • Write creative briefs for the design team, and manage team workflow. • Manage freelance camera operators and photographers, voice-over artists and post-production editors for the creation of online content. • Project management including building the interactive 3D landing page for ‘Serato DJ’ launch. • Manage the production and marketing of record vinyl and merchandise for the online store and retail channel.
Key achievements: • Managed the national advertising launch campaigns for the iPad 2, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, MacBook Air and iPod. • Briefed and led the creative development of television commercials that cost on average between AUD $650K - $1.3m. Responsibilities: • Work collaboratively with Apple’s US advertising agency, Media Arts Lab, to localise US Apple Brand work for iPhone, Mac, iPad, and iPod for the Australian and New Zealand markets. • Develop and execute advertising campaigns in TV, print, cinema, and out of home. • Manage and work with a team of local and international producers, creatives, and business affairs managers. • Work with app developers to build demo apps and specific content to feature in Apple advertising. • Strategic reporting to the US on local industry, culture and competitors in Australia and New Zealand. • Mediate legal and business affairs conversations while working with other third parties to license content. • Negotiate and execute talent contracts and exclusivity buyouts. • Manage relationships and approval processes with local and US Apple clients and other stakeholders including Telstra, Vodafone and Optus
