I'm a freelance illustrator and designer based in Swansea, UK. I mainly work in traditional black and white/tonal work (pen and ink, Copic markers, pencil), which I then combine with digital techniques. Most of my work has an element of exaggeration and humour, often involving cartoon and caricature. I have worked in book illustration (covers, interior illustrations) and editorial, but have also produced logos and label design, and materials for marketing and advertising. I am also a published author of non-fiction, with a PhD in Philosophy. Selected clients: Quercus Books, Penguin Random House, W. W. Norton, Oxford University Press, The Philosophers’ Magazine, Palgrave Macmillan, Wiley-Blackwell, Hasbro (Trivial Pursuit), The Welsh Assembly Government, Gower College Swansea, The Author, The Wilson Centre Quarterly. See my website for more examples of my work or to learn more about me.
