Working under the merchandising team to efficiently support and sell products of events currently active at the O2.
Learnt to accurately handle cash with different price tags when vending, whilst maintaining the safety of the stock and providing general information to the public. Additionally, was able to quickly adapt to changing scenarios within the O2 such as dealing with difficult customers, maneuvering to a more proficient location to maximize sales, or working with a colleague during busy times and selling in a fast, organised and efficient manner.
Sponsorship Management Assistant

Worked in the Seamen Section overlooking the sponsorship of UK cadets. Tasks covered in this role include coordinating with local manning agencies and training vessels for issues or matters related to UK cadets. Dealing with any feedback and suggestions received. Additionally handling with administrative responsibilities ranging from periodical assessment of local manning agencies to ensure that their service and performance meets the company’s requirement, to managing agency accounts, payments and internal budgets.
