Working within a luxury brand I have learnt to deliver excellent customer service and provide a luxury service for the customer, being one of the busiest Mulberry stores in the world. I have gained product knowledge vastly such as different leather types as well as cashing and banking tills at the end of the day and creating weekly reports for the company. I have attended 4 luxury brand workshops which have inspired me to take major interest into the production and the methods taken to create the final project as well as this I have gained major interest in how finance of a company works, I have been privileged to attend the head office and talk to the finance team and the marketing team to gain major interest within the company. I love selling high end products to customers, as well as upselling many products such as SLGs. Within my team I have come top for Client listings as well as exceeding daily targets by only working 2 days a week, I love talking to customers and showing a smile.
