About me

As a highly experienced Prince2 certified Project Manager, I have worked on dozens of complex and high value projects, which have been completed both in the UK and Internationally. Ranging from departmental moves to launching brands in international regions, plus everything in-between. I am currently in the process of completing the Prince2 Agile Course, and I’m on the lookout for a new and exciting opportunity.

  • •Leading the revamp of a major International Viacom brand, managing a team of 9, I created a project plan which was to act as the blue print for the project. Whilst also overseeing the economic, logistical, brand and delivery across multiple international regions. Since the revamp Viacom has seen strong year on year revenue increases. • In FY17 I was heavily involved in the relocation of Viacom's operational arm of the business. Operations moved from the London office in Camden to Amsterdam. Managing the relocation of hardware, administrative structures and workflows, technologies, intellectual property plus dealing with the transition of employees from one location to another. The Project was delivered on time in 14 months and it was on budget. • I managed the successful launch of two Viacom brands in South Africa and South Korea. Both projects were delivered at cost and and on time. • Managing the long-term channel reviews for a major international brand, my objective was to improve the efficiency of deliveries from major international distributors to Viacom. I created and implemented a project plan, which was signed off by very senior members of Viacom. The project plan once executed achieved the objectives of the project, drastically improving the turnaround of revenue generating deliveries and streamlining operational workflows. Due to this success, there has been a noted revenue increase within the company. • Whilst analysing the business marketplace and the brands economic performance. I pitched a project to increase revenue, via a switch of one of Viacom's brands revenue streams from 16-34 to All adults. My pitch was successful and signed off by Viacom Senior Vice Presidents and General Managers plus one of Viacom’s key business partners. I led various departments and key individuals throughout the project. Advertising revenue dramatically increased due to the implementation of this project. • Every financial quarter I attend a meeting in Prague to manage relationships, and present to other business partners the plans for MTV International in the medium/ long term. As part of my role, I manage the business strategies and handle the relationship with the host country regulator 'RRTV', whilst also managing the joint third party/Viacom projects. In addition, I manage any new business development opportunities for Viacom, whilst in this region.

  • • I was involved in making short/ medium/ long term business decisions as well as enforcing long term planning & branding strategies for the UK, Russian, European markets. This involved launching brands in numerous overseas markets. • I chaired the Viacom international programming meeting. Discussing the technical and creative pipeline, such as Content Delivery, Commissioning Pipe Line, Acquired Programming and Marketing. Making sure that the content is in keeping with Viacom’s extremely high brand values. • Acquiring rights to revenue generating products for major Viacom brands. • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of industry developments both in the UK and internationally. • I coordinated the weekly/monthly social media strategies for my brand. Interacting with viewers and online communities, whilst driving income for new and existing content. • On a yearly basis I'm a part of the live production team for the MTV EMAs.
