  • Full Producer responsibilities assigned in the development of the following games: The Order 1886 PlayStation All Stars MLB The Show ICO and Shadow of the Collossus HD Hohokum Journey Everybody's Gone to the Rapture Associate Producer role carried out on The Unfinished Swan and The Last of Us. Fully P&L responsibility and the management of teams ranging from 4 members to teams of 200. Accountability for online performance, title pitching, product evaluation and training was assigned to me during this time. Our team developed new technology for video production and distribution, this was solely kept as a means of ensuring bonus content was locked to the original owner of the content.

  • Responsibilities of the Producer in that I had full authority on the localisation budget and path. Scheduling and P&L were managed by me - but agreed with the Executive Producer. Multiple titles managed and team members assigned to me for training and development purposes. I was fully media trained during this time, in order to facilitate interviews and press during events. Working with international development partners to ensure communication was kept at it's highest level. The development of key technology was driven by my team during this time and helped to establish new revenue streams through the sale of official soundtracks via ITunes, Google Play and PlayStation network stores. This has been developed further since this time.
