A hard-working and resilient operations director, as well as an experienced and capable EA/ PA across both creative and corporate sectors. To play my role I have to self-motivate and be ahead of the game at all times. My current job has forced me to develop quickly and thoroughly in a multi-faceted, ever changing role. I have recently organised a series of charity events with some of London’s most high-profile chefs, and am currently collaborat- ing with Bocca di Lupo on their new cookbook, which I cooked from for their latest social media campaign. Further to this I am recording a bi-weekly food show with Soho Radio’s culture channel, which was formerly presented by chef Aldo Zilli. Previously to this role, I supported two partners at a global headhunting firm, worked as an EA to the CEO of a suc- cessful not for profit for four years, and worked extensively in the music and entertainment industry as a production manager. I thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and have worked with difficult personal- ities across the hospitality, music and entertainment industries as well as recruitment, HR and technology and communications. Managing operations for a busy neighbourhood restaurant and catering company as well as working as personal assistant to chef/patron. Extremely varied, fast-paced and often stressful role, managing both the chef/patron and all staff, processing payroll and HR func- tions, managing all internal and external bookings as well as executing organisational as- pects of all in house and outside event catering jobs.
