About me

I'm a creative programme writer and project leader with more than a decade of experience. I manage and deliver projects that drive change and development across organisations. I thrive on building relationships, finding opportunities for growth, developing strategies for success, and delivering results beyond expectation. A specialist in a client-facing role, I develop a strong rapport with teams internally and externally. By developing a foundation of camaraderie and transparency, I am able to direct teams to success through a joint commitment towards our goals. Conflict management is a key strength of mine and I possess a positive, objective-driven approach to crisis management. I have a proven ability to work well under extreme pressure, and enjoy working independently, collaboratively, or as leader of a team. Part of my experience as a senior leader includes proactively assessing positive and negative performance management across departments and with individuals. This relies both on my emotional intelligence and analytical assessment of trends within teams and individual's practices. This dual-sided strength allows me to develop strategies that address challenges and opportunities, and establish roadmaps with clear goals for realignment or continuing improvement. As a lead facilitator and mentor, I am able to share experiences, assist and lead teams in problem-solving and provide practical advice and support to drive future strategies. I am able to present information confidently in small or large settings including public speaking events and to senior management teams.
