About me
Wishful thinker designing products and Interactions. Working within installation and product design, Gemma combines electronics with traditional craft materials and an analogue aesthetic to create optimistic experiences; often using humour to engage at both an imaginative and intellectual level. She is fascinated by the complexity and patterning of circuitry, stacking objects and all things mottled. Gemma is currently studying at the Royal College of Art within the Design Products program where she is a member of 'Platform 21' under the direction of Yuri Suzuki and Oscar Diaz. She received a first class bachelors degree from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and accounts for one half of design studio, Nice to be Nice.
