Managing the smooth transition of products into and out of the studios, ensuring only scheduled product is accepted into the department. Providing progressive support to the scheduling team, logging variances and problem solving to ensure that shoots are always provided and delivering the optimum amount of product. As the key link between production and retail, always ensuring the highest level of service is given to all ASOS stakeholders. Maintaining a strong level of internal content / asset management systems. Reporting on daily leftovers and not shot product adding into studios where space allows, reducing risk to the departments turnaround and KPIs.
Setting up initial and replenishment allocations through using speeds, max covers, smoothing factors, rates of sale, and forward demand factors to potentialise branch stocks. Reviewing weekly sales, margin and sellthrough by line and taking appropriate action. Managing delivery schedule ensuring to authorise all stock deliveries within required timeframe. Liasing with suppliers globally, ensuring that delivery expectation was always met as agreed. Working to frequently changing intake targets. Building new branch stock packages. Calculating freight costs by air for authorisation, and understanding logistics across FOB and landed suppliers.
Delivering a world class visual experience to the customer through effective creative production in store. Creative mannequin styling across all windows and the shop floor, regularly updating to follow brand guidelines whilst ensuring commerciality for the stores market place. Installation of all in store and windiw graphics including backdrops, light boxes, wall and window decals, and high level treatments. Use of power tools to build sets when required. Frequent auditing of graphics and props, feeding back to wider creative team if undelivered. Cascading visual standards and expectations down to floor team to be maintained at all times.

Managing up to twenty floor staff to ensure the smooth running of the stores operations on a daily basis. Rostering all staff by hour to cover all store zones, managing stock floor replenishment, breaks, tills, and fitting rooms. Coaching on the spot to deliver excellent service as a deterrent to theft. Cash handling and banking. Key holder. Store trainer on internal communication systems and all new tech roll outs, inc digital receipts and Order Instore.
Responsible for successful store KPI performance across Sales, Audit, Compliance, and Payroll. Managing, rostering, and training up to 10 staff. Forecasting weekly sales and planning payroll within target accordingly. Maintaining excellent sales by demonstrating excellent customer service. Accurate logging of stock into and out of the branch to maintain stock accuracy. Working to monthly sales targets.
