Working as the External Services Team Secretary, I provide comprehensive administrative support to my team. Some of the tasks which I carry out are listed below. ? Despatching and completing the necessary requisition orders, and producing invoices ? Recording, filing, and actioning correspondence received within the team using various software systems, including Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and Access ?
