The Park Club is one of the premier members only health and lifestyle clubs in West London; with a gym, two pools, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, cricket/football fields, studios, café/bar/restaurant as well as a Medispa, it had to be managed efficiently and professionally. With a dual title as Receptionist and Manager my roles varied according to my shift.

- Being first port of call for incoming inquiries
- Cash handling & daily banking
- Complaint resolution
- Staff management
- Shift management (inlcuding the opening or closing of the club)
- Member management & customer service (booking and scheduling appointments)
