About me
I am an ambitious and creative individual aiming to build a career in the music and events industry. After working as a teacher in Costa Rica, I realised a career in music is where my heart lies. This led me to an internship at revered nightclubs Oval Space and The Pickle Factory, gaining a wealth of experience working in booking, ticketing, artist liaison, administration and digital content creation.
As a musician and film maker, I am adept at most editing software including Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and Ableton, all three of which I have utilised in my time at Oval Space creating digital content for social media. I believe my broad technical knowledge, tireless work ethic, and strong interpersonal skills I gained from teaching, have set me up perfectly for a career in music.

In this position I take on several responsibilities integral to the running of the music team.
Venue Rep: I have assisted and held responsibility for artist liaison, putting ticket listings up on the night, ensuring travel arrangements are met, creating itineraries and making sure artists are comfortable and attended to.
Ticketing: I have become well versed in uploading and managing events in See Tickets, Event Brite, Dice and Resident Advisor as well as holding an important communications role in getting ticket sales and allocations each week from promoters.
Admin: I help manage and update several important Excel databases that the company relies on, including ticketing, availability through Basecamp, invoicing, weekly sales, guest lists, function sheets and the production schedule.
Social Media: Each week I help construct the company mailer in Mailchimp, write licensing copy for each event and help plan when content for each show gets released through a weekly sales meeting.
Digital Content: I have made multiple promotional videos for the music team, and also created eleven separate videos for the corporate team’s Prosecco Falls event, including an after movie for the previous year, CTAs and USPs in multiple formats for each social medial platform.
