Discover More, Spend Less. The upcoming Sitcom App provides a new way for Experiencers to discover their local area, for Socialites to get rewarded for their discoveries, and for Merchants to grow their businesses.
Joining Sitcom at the ground level and getting to learn all about CEO & Founder, Josh Marshall, I began to lay the foundation for the visual and tonal identity of the brand. A bold and welcoming tone fit to invoke quasi-nostalgia in the Gen Z target audience, which takes care to categorise the three core user bases.
Work soon began on developing a website that feels fun for the Social users, and functional for the Merchants and other businesses. The Sitcom Website is built to present what the app achieves to do. but no website is static, and mechanisms have been put in place to expand shortly.
On top of the information, the website also features a rich form system, which gathers initial signup data before storing it in CRM and then sending a follow up email. The follow up allows users to provide more information about their social lives, or businesses, in order to help develop the app and to provide them a boost on the guest list.
