George is currently studying BA Textile Design at the world renowned Central Saint Martins. His work often revolves around ideas of light, colour, structure and how these elements can work within a space. He takes inspiration from a diverse range of areas including architecture, music and technology, always bringing his distinctive colourful style to any project. Having worked on large scale installations and sets, George has found that his textile work has given him an additional view of how many different elements, materials and techniques can combine to create visual impact. In addition to his 3D work, George has continued his woven textile designs, investigating how these traditional approaches can be integrated with technologies and new materials. In 2014 George was named as Young Fashion Designer of the Year; UK South. To find out more about George or his work follow him on Instagram & Twitter: @GeorgeChaffeyLocked Pro Plan feature
