    6th Form Prospectus I worked alongside the Cleve Park School media team to create a prospectus that would be used to advertise the school during the student transition period of selecting a new sixth form. The prospectus would contain both written communication and visual communication (in the form of images). My role within the team was to ensure the best images were selected and that they were also placed in the most appropriate position within the prospectus.     My responsibilities are as follows: • To work as part of a highly motivated team providing a consistent level of high standards, working all shift patterns to cope with busy periods. • Managing and creating product displays for promotion and customer appeal. • Interacting and communicating with customers to maintain high customer services whilst being well presented to reflect the correct image of the business with a can-do attitude. • Being able to operate the till systems in order to help with customer purchases and assist in any product queries they may have. • Working with the management team to help me understand the large retail business and the general workings of the store. This requires me to work as part of the team and also on my own initiative. • Being flexible and switching from different departments to help out when they are short staffed. • Keeping the store stocked to ensure we met customer demands, this involves working with the team to ensure we have the most appropriate stock items from the stock room and the stock room is adequately stocked. • Keeping the store presentable at all times to ensure we matched the professional image that is expected, this is to encourage passers-by to enter the store and retain the ethos set by the Partnership. • Deal with ad-hoc customer request that might not be the normal stock item or customers who are not familiar with our items as they may be shopping for others or gifts. • Considering health and safety at all times this means that I am able to assess hazards and remove them correctly.

    My responsibilities were as follows: • Responsible for assessing student immigration status using bespoke immigration training from a UK based international student advice company (UKCISA) • Discussed and agreed with students the financial requirements needed for course eligibility, including loans and instalment plans in line with the university and government policy. • Responsible for managing fees and payment methods to accommodate religious law, student achievements discounts and nationality discounts. • Operating the internal IT systems to evaluate whether students are eligible for student loans and taking appropriate action to ensure that the student can develop their loan application further. • Enrolling students on to NHS courses using the internal data systems to evaluate whether the student are entitled to enrol on the course, based on sponsoring and government funding. • Accountable for the data entry and supervision of identification documents submitted for all students enrolling within the university. • Responsible for monitoring student progression with the enrolment process following with the appropriate actions to inform the student of any changes or deadlines. • Effectively communicate with both university staff and students, with up to one thousand queries a day raised at the Admissions Centre.
