As Head of People & Culture I was responsible for the execution of the Internet Fusion People & Culture strategy which puts people first, but also meets the businesses commercial and organisational goals across our different locations.
Reporting into the CEO, and working with board and senior level management, I will be functioning as a trusted advisor providing coaching, advice and leadership on how to create and manage a comprehensive talent strategy; and collaborate with the finance team on compensation, benefits, and People Team budgets.
My responsibilities included; developing and leading the People Experience from finding, to hiring and to retaining the best people, growing our L&D, and developing our leadership model to meet the needs of the business.
