Graduate from the University of Brighton with a degree in Multimedia Broadcast Journalism. Proficient on both Mac and PC using a range of Adobe CS and Microsoft office programmes. Experienced Broadcast Assistant at Rinse FM helping to produce shows and liaise with artists such as Mall Grab and Shadow Child. I hold a strong interest in digital media especially photography, branding and content creation. Additionally, I have a good understanding of social media and blogging sites. A personal hobby of mine is following the rise of eSports and how it has become integrated into mainstream digital media.

Responsibilities include being in the studios helping produce shows through running the radio desk, ensuring microphone levels are correct and pre-loading songs and jingles into carts Helping pre-record content for guest DJ’s and presenters to be pre-loaded into Myriad. Create promotional images and assets using Adobe Photoshop and manage social media accounts. Podcasting live shows onto Soundcloud using Adobe Audition.
During the Saturday takeovers on Rinse FM I hold the sole responsibility of ensuring all the preparation for the the day is completed. This includes editing any pre-recorded mixes, creating a set of promotional assets for social media and liaising with artists/labels/managers throughout the week.

As part of the University of Brighton radio station, I help run the Facebook, Twitter and Instagram channels. I would schedule tweets hourly notifying people when people would go live and who was coming up later on in the day using assets I made on Adobe Photoshop. I would also upload footage I filmed from interviews and GIFs to announce special guests on some shows. I gained experience in editing promotional videos together using Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
