About me
I am a recent Economics graduate from the University of Glasgow with a strong ambition to enter the events industry. You will be able see from my attached CV that I have built all of my experiences around my determination to pursue a career in commercial music; from setting up my own electronic music events business, to managing sporting events hospitalities, to interning within artist talent agencies and working with a brand marketing agency.
Whilst in my second year of studying, I set up Verbe Events (www.verbeevents.com) which flew artists in from across Europe to perform in Glasgow. Through this I was handling contracts, sales, marketing, production, creative and everything in between and it is through doing this that I really discovered my passion.
Having exposed myself to so many different aspects of the music industry, I am extremely keen to take the skills I have taught myself and be trained and challenged on a commercial level.
