I work part-time, remotely for a skincare subscription box named British Beauty Box as their Sales & Marketing Manager. I take full control of the brand; including subscription administration and the brand’s annual turnover; copywriting and graphic design of social media content and the box insert; the eCommerce website updates and management, and email marketing. I organise the contents for each box by working with new businesses and existing brand partners to ensure that desirable, premium products are featured each quarter, whilst maintaining an attractive profit margin for British Beauty Box.
I liaise with various brand-relevant influencers and run a brand ambassador program, keeping the brand trending amongst beauty and skincare lovers, which contributes a healthy ROI.

I have recently been made redundant from my role as Senior Account Executive for a multi-service marketing agency based in North Yorkshire, and I'm ready for my next step, focusing on my growth as a manager and my ability to work in an autonomous environment. I can start immediately!
Our clients were largely based in retail. My role focused on a variety of digital marketing; including organic and paid social media, web content and management and copywriting for press releases and blog posts (with a focus on SEO).
Event management was also a key part of the role. This entailed sourcing entertainment, booking acts and calculating projected profits. An event I am particularly proud of was a Christmas Event held in 2019. I liaised with the X Factor Group, and successfully secured Celebrity X Factor and TOWIE star, Megan McKenna to perform at the event for her “homecoming performance” which was broadcast to millions on ITV. News of this performance also led to national coverage by press.
I created monthly reports for each client, with a focus on Google Analytics and Search Console, social media insights, press coverage and events.
