Managing entry analysis and development, marketing, media partnerships, sponsorship, awards budgets, publications and films, event collateral, web systems, branding designs, judging process and panel selection across four awards programs: IPA Effectiveness Awards, Best of Health Show, Women of Tomorrow Awards, Media Owner Awards. Project managing the production of a biennial compendium of advertising case studies, including commissioned chapters addressing key industry themes.
I developed a marketing strategy to reinvigorate the Creative Effectiveness category by engaging closely with the advertising industry and leading a thorough execution. This resulted in 100% increase in revenue (year on year). For this effort I was recognised with the highest level company award. This was a multi-disciplinary client-facing role involving account management, strategic marketing, analysis, project and event management on a global scale.
