I am an experienced maker and seamstress with seven years of luxury and bespoke expertise. I have enriched my design skills through completing my MA studies at London College of Fashion this year. There, I defined and developed my practice and ethos that centres around women as makers and their histories, with a design philosophy guided by craft and a community-focused approach. My recent academic journey deepened my commitment to storytelling through experimental pattern cutting and needlework, culminating in my MA collection, ‘WomensWork’.
Projects
- Bias Cut Silk Maid of Honour DressThe recreation of a bias cut silk dress for a maid of honour taken from an image presented to me. I created the pattern by draping and toiling to produce the final garment. This task was a great challenge, the outcome of which both the client and I were very happy with.

Created a final collection of six womenswear looks, heavily focusing on outerwear, layering delicate crisp pleats with inspiration taken from flying, aviation, and my Muse Amelia Earhart.
I wrote my dissertation on the Postmodernist costume design in Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette and Baz Luhrmann’s Romeo and Juliet.
