Preparation and organisation of materials and resources for Art and Design activities, removing and cleaning at end of session. Work as part of a team and communicate clearly within the Art Department. Flexibility is required when working with the students in a variety of circumstances. Administrative Assistant Whilst employed by the Trust I was trained in SAP and PALS software systems and in updating the website. Alongside the expected administrative duties this roles requirements were to- Receive, assist and direct clients in accessing the appropriate service or professional in a courteous, efficient way, projecting a positive friendly image to clients and visitors, either in person or via the telephone. Effective handling of enquiries via phone, email and in person, resolving problems using own initiative within certain parameters. Adhere to the Trust's policies and procedures relating to confidentiality and the protection of personal and sensitive data -information relating to patients, carers, colleagues, other healthcare workers or the business of the Trust should only be divulged to authorised persons. Accurately entering large amounts of data onto spreadsheets for extraction and provision of reports. Developing and maintaining efficient and effective communication systems to ensure work priorities are progressed in line with agreed deadlines. Communicating effectively and working productively as part of a team and sub team. Recognizing people’s needs for alternative methods of communication and respond accordingly.
