As the Assistant Marketing Manager at eChoice I reported to the GM of Marketing & Digital Programs and assisted in the management of the Marketing team, covering a broad range of responsibilities and activities. I was responsible for the development and execution of lead generation and partner programs and managing the company’s brand image ensuring it aligned with the overarching business strategy. Essential Functions and Responsibilities included: - Managing lead generation programs across multiple channels, including the execution of SEM campaigns and leveraging SEO consultants to improve search traffic. - Conceptualising, designing and writing content for marketing materials to support lead generation programs. - End-to-end campaign management including segmentation and behavioral/triggered marketing, data management, campaign set-up and tracking. - Maintenance of marketing inventory and management of marketing budgets, providing insights on campaign performance to the business to drive learnings and improvements on ROI. - Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues. - Leading and guiding the marketing team, offering opinions and direction.
As the Marketing Executive at eChoice, I worked closely with the Marketing Director and assisted in the management of eChoice’s through the line lead generation programs on a national scale, including budget management, forecasting and ensuring monthly targets were met. I was responsible for driving and championing the email marketing and social media strategy for the eChoice business for both the consumer and broker channels.
