Differing from my previous employers, delivering a laid-back, friendly and comfortable service is at the forefront of the companies aims. This is testing when the bar frequently becomes incredibly busy. Working as a cocktail bartender also means that extensive knowledge in mixology is necessary whilst work hours and the nature of the job can be physically demanding. Ultimately, the biggest personal challenge of this role is balancing full-time University studies with demanding and late work hours.
