Overview: Leading the charge on Digital & OOH for Sky’s biggest campaign to date, I work collaboratively with our clients and producers to ensure messaging is sequential across all formats, executionally sympathetic to the creative idea, and yet complies with the brand’s strict DMS. Key Tasks • working alongside media partners to scope industry-first formats that enhance the creative, branding, and call-to-action • briefing designers and third-party publishers from concept through to build, and proposing work-arounds for any spec. limitations • fine-combing small-print, artwork, animations, and displays for supply • approving partner BTL work on behalf of the creative agency
Overview: Bridging two SCA accounts (TENA & Bodyform), I facilitated the teams’ management of TV, Print, and Social campaigns, whilst acting as the brand’s guardian by leading global localisation. Key Tasks • crafted presentations and toolkits for clients and network agencies • worked closely with network to monitor their local briefs and outputs • passed material through IPSOS & Clearcast for learnings or approval • ensured managers were supported with their workload and diaries • tracked usage and financial WIP
Overview: Responsible for generating business, and first point of contact for new projects, my time was commanded by client interaction and negotiation. I promoted our artistic services and archive of private outdoor media for bespoke ad placement. Key Tasks: • built and maintained relationships with poster specialists, media, and creative agencies in direct correlation to their commercial value • crafted sales presentations, creative pitches, rate cards and additional materials requested by clients or deemed helpful to my colleagues • optimised business sell to each prospect with respect to their client base • created and implemented new business report and weekly team meeting
Overview: Overseeing activations for Monorex’s two brands - High Rise (commercial murals) & Secret Walls (global live art events) - I organised teams, machines, materials, paperwork, and client updates irrespective of the time of day. My entry as an intern entailed copywriting, social media management, and web-design. Key Tasks • became client and colleagues’ trusted face of delivery and source of solutions to technical issues, from pre to post activation • created profitable invoices with margins that allowed for discounts based on client’s loyalty or media value, and ran end-of-job cost/time reconciliations • devised new project management task sheet, accessible to all working team Key Projects • Nike. 4 murals for FIFA World Cup with continually changing briefs necessitated taking creative into own hands and negotiating directly with brand spokesmen to complete on time and with all teams in agreement • Arla. Cross-channel outdoor activations across Finland required organising media recon over 2 weeks and mediating between my team in Finland, creative client in London, and brand’s marketing department in Denmark • Secret Walls. Organised live art for TEDx London, Comic Con New York, and Miami Art Basel. Set up own 7-round event series in Shoreditch
