Creating all the content (ideas for posts, research, SEO writing, photo editing) according to an editorial calendar. Commissioning articles from freelancers I collaborate with. Sending out briefs. Overseeing the appearance, layout and content, editing and re-writing if necessary. Collaborating with photographers and overseeing the post-production. Keeping up to date with the latest in fashion, going to press-releases, product or brand launches, event representations etc. Networking and online marketing and Social Media promotion for all blog posts. Developing and negotiating advertising campaigns and strategies for clients. Working with fashion brands: promoting them on blog through campaigns, editorials, Social Media campaigns, giveaways, reviews, styling posts etc.
Responsibilities •Handling all communications with the growing number of brands and bloggers. •Building strong relationships with global retailers, as well as implementing and overseeing creative campaigns. •Build strong relationships with brands on the platform whilst understanding their needs and requirements. •Identify suitable bloggers for creative brand campaigns. •Manage collaborative campaigns - Implement, oversee and report. •Provide online demos to engage new brands. •Identify prospective brands and agencies, including meeting and pitching to them. •Create new and exciting content for brand CRM communications. Skills Used •Having a good understanding of influencer marketing. •Have a passion about social media, fashion, lifestyle and online social communities. •Have confidence to engage with global bloggers and brands. •Have good organisational skills and be able to multi-task. •Work to strict targets and tight deadlines. •Be pro-active and ability to work on your own initiative as well as working in a team. •Comfortable working in a fast paced energetic start up environment with a good work ethic.
