Client-facing marketing role, planning and buying media for a portfolio of cross-industry clients.
Strategically planning advertising campaigns for a range of B2C clients including Papa John’s, Gumtree and Deep Heat.
Working closely with TV, Digital, Insight and Data teams to create overall campaign plans.
Negotiating rates on ad space through maintaining long-term working relationships with media owners.
Collaborating with clients’ external agencies to produce campaign strategy.
Co-managing, training and onboarding Account Assistants new to the team.
Briefing, managing and reporting on bespoke brand partnerships.
Industry analysis and reporting; producing competitor analysis and trend reports using industry databases such as Nielsen AdDynamix.
Proactively created and managed a task force to improve the competitor reporting process agency-wide which could save dozens of man hours on a monthly basis.
Organising team status meetings and managing status sheets with internal and external stakeholders
Ownership of finance admin including entering campaigns into finance systems, ensuring invoicing is accurate and maintaining a monthly PO tracker for all clients.
Producing and presenting Post Campaign Analysis Reports and updating clients on ongoing campaigns.
Member of the audience insight project team, conducting in-house research, such as our proprietary quarterly tracker. This involves both data analysis and face-to-face focus group work with members of the public.
Member of the agency ‘Brainstorming’ team - generating ideas for experiential marketing and PR stunts.
