As High Value Communications Manager I develop and deliver a portfolio of Marketing and Engagement communications, across a range of platforms both on- and offline that are designed to attract, engage and retain our high value supporters & partners in the UK and internationally, helping to create a world-class supporter experience that helps drive our ambitious growth targets in income over the long term. I identify new opportunities & ideas to improve and innovate these communications so that they are stand out, creative & of the highest professional quality; managing processes and working with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver them effectively and measure their impact. I plan and develop new campaign communications and messaging for marketing and stewardship, aimed at high net worth individuals, corporate partners and high value supporter partnerships. Additionally, I manage the digital output of the directorate, working with the website and constantly exploring ways to make us more digital in our out puts. As such I have a working knowledge of adobe campaign email marketing software, Drupal CMS, UX and SEO.
